We teach people to be positive, understand their mind and make them better equipped to deal with stress.

While sharing your story The most important thing is that you feel safe and comfortable.

If you’re feeling anxious, nervous, or afraid try to think beforehand about what you’d like to say, or just write up a draft before you hit ‘send’. If you feel the need to get personal stuff off your chest, we can always help you with a venting session, help you accept the emotions and come to a healthy place with it.

We aim to use your stories (anonymously)  to talk about real issues faced by real people and how it affects their lives.
