Cancellation Policy
Returns and Refunds Policy General Policy No refunds are provided for any services as doctors' and therapists' time is blocked for any appointments booked. Accidental Orders Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis for accidental orders if informed 72 hours in advance before the appointment date. Transfers and Cancellations No refunds or transfers of sessions will take place. No transfers of appointments from one patient to another are allowed. No cancellations or refunds are allowed for discounted services. Validity of Services All services come with a validity period as specified at the time of purchase. Cancellation Charges Rescheduling of appointments is only possible if requested 48 hours in advance. Prepayments Refunds might be available on a case-by-case basis for prepayments if slots for a therapist are not available within 8 working days. Refund Time All Refunds will be processed within 72hrs of approval of request and may take 5-7 working days to reflect in original mode of payment
